We celebrated 'Mental Health Awareness Day' by dressing up in yellow and talking about what makes us happy and sad.
Anti-Bullying/ Friendship Week
Odd Socks Day
We talk about how some children were wearing the same colour socks and discussed how there are things that are the same about all of us for example we all have a nose.
We then looked at those friends that were wearing odd socks and discussed how there are things that are different about each of us for example our hair colour.
We then talked about how it does not matter if there are things that are the same or different about us we can still all be friends.
Children in Need
The children came in non-uniform clothes and made a donation to 'Children in Need'. We talked about how this money would be used to help others that need support.
Unfortunately not the ones with chocolate chips.
