For the Autumn term, the children were fortunate enough to have ukulele lessons once per week. They were exposed to a range of theory and practical lessons which involved them learning how to hold the ukulele; knowing the names of the strings and the components of the ukulele; note and chord names and positions and strumming patterns. The children even learned to sing and play at the same time. The children had tremendous fun learning this instrument and hopefully will continue to persevere with it in the future.
