Hillingdon CAMHS provides community mental health services to children, young people up to the age of 18, with complex mental health difficulties, and their families in a range of different ways depending on their needs.
CAMHS is made up of psychologists, psychiatrists, and therapists providing assessment and treatment packages for children, young people and their families. Treatment may include cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), family therapy, play therapy, individual and group psychotherapy. Medication is also used when appropriate and carefully monitored by the doctors.
If you are concerned about your child, please do speak to a member of staff at CPA or you can speak to your GP to discuss a referral or call the service on 01895 256521 (Minet Clinic) or 01895 485525 (Wood End Centre).
