Whole School Writing Day
Year 2 had an exciting Whole School Writing Day, starting the day by transforming into superheroes! We designed our own heroes, chose their special powers and thought about how they changed the world, before bringing them to life through role play. Linking with our computing lessons, we had already planned what our superheroes had been getting up to. After exploring the key features of a newspaper report, we used our ideas to write our own action-packed reports about our heroic adventures.
