At Heathrow we have created ‘The little book of mindfulness'.
This is a mindfulness strategy booklet that is designed to help develop simple, effective tools to manage emotions, improve focus, and build emotional resilience.
It is packed with a range of strategies, breathing exercises, and calming techniques, the booklet is here to help children and adults understand and navigate feelings in a fun, supportive way.
The children are able to use the booklet in the classroom or at home, with the main aim being to encourage positive mental health habits that can support their wellbeing, reduce anxiety, and enhance self-awareness.
