Heathrow Primary School aims to put in place arrangements to support pupils with medical conditions and in doing so ensure that such pupils can access and enjoy the same opportunities at school as any other child.
To help us we request that any changes with regard to allergies, whether food or medical be reported as soon as possible following diagnosis.

Parents are responsible for providing, in writing, on-going accurate and current medical information to the school. For children with an allergic condition, the school requires parents to provide written advice from a doctor (GP), which explains the condition, defines the allergy triggers and any required medication.

If you feel that the information that the school holds for your child needs updating please inform us providing the necessary written proof. Records will then be amended and the necessary member of staff informed of the change.

We would like to thank you for your support in this matter.
