I use Happy Breathing when I need in the week. When I feel worried or excited, I take some deep breaths and it helps me feel calmer and ready to learn. One time I was upset because I couldn't finish my work. I used Happy Breathing and then thought about what I could do next. I asked my teacher for help and felt much better afterwards.
My favourite habit is Happy Breathing because it's easy to do and it helps me stay calm when I feel nervous or frustrated.
I use gratitude every day by thinking about things I'm thankful for. It helps me start the day feeling positive. When I had a disagreement with a friend, I used what I learned in myHappymind to stop, think, and talk calmly. We sorted it out and stayed friends. My favourite habit is looking for the good in situations because it helps me stay happy even when things don't go as planned.
