Autumn 1
In this unit, children will be taught to understand long and more complex sentence whilst using the spoken language to confidently initiate and sustain conversation and retell stories .The children will learn to ask and talk about regular activities, say what you don’t do, ask and say what other people do and talk about what they like and dislike doing. They will also compare attitudes towards aspects of everyday life while recognising and understanding some of the differences between people.
Autumn 2
In this unit, children will learn to ask and say what clothes they like, give their opinion about clothes, have a conversation about clothes they would wear and ask and talk about the prices of each item. Children will also be expected to use et and mois to make longer sentences and understand the agreement of adjectives. Children will be able to understand and use des and plural words.
